Where I ’m from that shit isn’t legal by a long shot. Unfortunately people get away with it up until inspection time. That's straight up dangerous to other drivers.

I’m pretty sure the tires are supposed to be under fenders. I’d gues s the lift / bumper height isn;t legal either.
